Great Big Green Week

The Great Big Green Week (GBGW) is the UK’s largest celebration of community action to tackle climate change and protect nature.

Running from 6th – 14th June this year (although Thame events fall out with these dates), GBGW brings together people from all walks of life to show how small local actions can make a big difference for the planet. Across the country, communities host events such as litter picks, tree planting, clothes swaps, repair cafés, and educational workshops, all aimed at promoting sustainability and inspiring change.

Below are details on all the ways you can get involved locally that we know about when we sent this newsletter out. Visit https://thamegreenliving.org.uk/calendar/ to find out more about these and details about other events that have been added since publication.
