Tales of the River Thame – A Community Story-Sharing Morning
River Thame Conservation Trust is partnering with Thame Senior Friendship Centre to host a relaxed and welcoming morning celebrating memories of the River Thame and its tributaries.
We are particularly keen to hear stories from years gone by, but recent memories and reflections are equally welcome. You are welcome to share a story, bring along old or recent photographs, or simply come to listen and enjoy hearing from others.
With your permission, RTCT will record and collect stories to help celebrate the river’s heritage and the community’s connection to it. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about the Trust’s conservation work across the catchment.
