Thame is one of many towns and villages across the UK showing a new film presenting the national implications of climate and nature breakdown thanks to the Chinnor & Thame Friends of the Earth and Thame Players.
The showing will take place at 7pm on 10th May 2026 at Thame Players. Tickets just £3
In November 2025, the National Emergency Briefing brought together leading experts to present the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis to politicians and other influential people in Westminster. That evidence is now on the public record.
The People’s Emergency Briefing is a public information initiative to ensure the UK is fully briefed on the climate and nature crisis.
Chinnor and Thame Friends of the Earth will be organizing two follow up sessions open to all:
- Thursday May 14th, 10.15 – 11.15am , at the Climate Cafe, Chiltern Room, Chinnor Village Centre
- Friday 15th May 7.30-9pm , Room 1, Barns Centre , Thame.
